Bergin Places Two New Tenants in 9 Research Drive, Milford Building

John F. Bergin, Sr. Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the signing of two leases in the 14,000 square foot office/retail buiding at 9 Research Drive Milford, CT. 

The new Tenants are Turnkey Construction and Lowes (employment office). They now join Sir Speedy who has been located there for over seven years.
