Frank Bowser has been a leader in commercial real estate
development, ownership,and management for more than 30 years.
He has extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and
residential property management, including site acquisition,
construction, and commercial leasing. Frank has developed shopping
centers, office buildings, and apartment complexes for his own
portfolio throughout the northeast. An active owner-manager,
Frank is also involved with his
family-owned commercial and residential building firm. A US
Army Special Forces veteran, Frank achieved the rank of sergeant.
He attended Housatonic Community College and the University of
Bridgeport. He and wife Rosemarie are residents of Milford,
are the parents of a daughter and son, and have five grandchildren.
He is a
candidate for the industry’s CCIM designation. |
