John
E. Kozloski specializes in industrial and commercial properties with
the George J. Smith & Son Commercial and Investment Real Estate
Company. He previously focused on industrial and office
markets in the Waterbury and Danbury area.
After earning a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering
from Lowell Technological Institute, John enjoyed a successful
corporate career of 31 years as an engineer with the E.I. DuPont
Company, Kendro Laboratory Products, L.P., and the SPX Corporation.
During his career, John obtained a solid background in facilities
engineering and manufacturing operations management. Areas of
expertise include facility and building space planning requirements,
cost justifications,relocation activities, and environmental
compliance. This broad diversified background is beneficial in
identifying and supporting customers' needs in all aspects of
industrial and commercial real estate.
John holds membership in the Greater New Haven
Association of Realtors* (GNHAR), Connecticut Association of
Realtors, and the New Haven Commercial Investment Division Chapter
of the GNHAR. He is also a member of the Oxford Economic
Development Commission. John,
a long-time Connecticut resident and a native of Milford, currently
resides in Oxford with his wife Karen. They have three
daughters, a son, and two granddaughters.
