Russell partnered with Lynn Weed of Weed Realtors in representing the seller and the buyer, AGR Realty was represented by John Sabrowski and Louis Zuckerman of GVA Williams of Stamford.  The property known as Mersick Industrial Park is accessed from both State St and Sackett Point Rd in North Haven.  The three buildings total 148,650 square feet on 12 acres are tenanted by HID division of ASA/ABLOY, Distro and Dapsco Inc., and Atlantic Coast Fulfillment.  The property sold for approximately $4,500,000.
