Connecticut Bathworks Corporation established in 1998 will locate to 100 Woodmont Road in July 2009.  They are presently located on Quarry Road under the Bathfitters banner which is North America's leading acrylic bath, shower, tub refinishing and wall system.

John F. Bergin, Sr. Vice President and Carl G. Russell, Executive Vice President, CCIM of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate represented L&S Properties, LLCC, owner of the property and Bergin worked with Connecticut Bathworks to complete this long-term lease. 

The building is a 7,000 sf retail/manufacturing facility located just off of Exit 40, I-95 and next to Connecticut Stone.
