John Kozloski, Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of 2.6 acres of land sold for $340,000.  It consists of two unimproved industrial building lots.  The property has frontage on the Housatonic River and is part of Derby's Housatonic Industrial Park.  It was purchased by  IDA International for future business needs.  The Seller was Derby Cellular Products.  The Buyer was represented by Attorney tom Welch of Shelton and the Seller was represented by Attorney Mark Wallman of Brenner, Saltzman and Wallman of New Haven.

arketed and sold the business for B&A Franchises LLC of Wallingford, Connecticut to Fenway Enterprises, LLC of Newington Connecticut.   The shop is now under new management and Fenway Enterprises plans to add more Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops in CT in the future.
