Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford is pleased to announce the sale of 140 Captain Thomas Boulevard, West Haven, CT.  This 1,890 sq. ft.  This 1,890 sq. ft. office condominium was the former home of the Mirto-Ketaineck Law Firm.  The Seller, represented by Russell, was Attorney Mirto and Attorney Ketaineck.  The Buyer, Beta Pharma, Inc. a  Connecticut corporation with offices at 91 Shelton Ave. in New Haven, was represented by Jim Peterson of Apple Real Estate in Orange, CT.  The property will be the home office for Beta Pharma, Inc.
