SALE OF 1595 STRATFORD AVE. TO D & G BURDO REALTY HOLDINGS

Carl G. Russell, CCIM, SIOR, Executive Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the sale of 1595 Stratford Ave., Stratford, CT.  This 2,960 sf light industrial building was the home for Keyes Printing for over 40 years.

The Seller, the Keyes Estate and the Buyer, D&G Burdo Realty Holdings, LLC, were both represented by Mr. Russell.  The buyer intends to use the property for their own construction and concrete company.
