Frank Bowser is pleased to announce the sale of industrial land located at 200 Roosevelt Drive in Derby, CT.  The property sold for $340,000.  It consisted of two unimproved industrial building lots totaling 2.6 acres.  The property has frontage on the Housatonic River and is part of Derby's Housatonic Industrial Park.  It was purchased by IDA International for future business needs.  The Seller was Derby Cellular Products.  The Buyer was represented by Attorney Tom Welch of Shelton and the Seller was represented by Attorney Mark Wallman of Brenner, Saltzman and Wallman of New Haven, CT.
