GJS and Dow Brokers Lease of a 7,000 square foot warehouse in Orange CT

John Isaacs, Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the leasing of 7,000 square feet at 273 Indian River Rd., Orange, CT. 

Isaacs represented the owner, 273 Indian River Office Park, and James Johnson of Dow Realty represented the tenant, Stuffed City LLC of North Haven, Connecticut.  Stuffed City will be using the facility as a warehouse for their retail operations in Connecticut and New Jersey and other storage needs.  The lease involved renovations to the space.  During the past year, with Isaacs representing the property owner, the 17,000 square foot building as gone from mostly vacant to mostly full; a 2000 square foot industrial space remains.  The owner has also made many improvements to the building in that time.
