This building, a 20,000 square foot former packaging facility, was purchased for $460,000 by Remco, LLC, from West Haven, CT. They plan to remodel and utilize the facility the design, construction and warehousing of their custom cabinet, counter and built-ins business. Garden Homes Management, a real estate investment firm based in Stamford, was the Seller.
