This 6,000 sq.ft. commercial building on 3.77 acres of land has been the home of Kangaroos Night Club since 1997.  The  Buyer, represented by Russell, was Metro Acquisitions, LLC, an acquisition company of the Lauth Property Group out of Indianapolis, Indiana.  Their plans are to raze the building and construct a new 12,500 square foot customer service center for The Progressive Insurance Company which will be used for automobile insurance adjustments. 

The Seller, NDW, LLC was represented by Steven Inglese, President of the New Haven Group, Inc.  The sales price was $2,400,000.
