GJS Brokers Land Lease of One Acre in Southington, CT

Carl Russell, Executive Vice President and John Isaacs, Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the leasing of One acre of land at 312 Queen Street in Southington, CT.

Russell and Isaacs represented the tenant, Sponge Brother’s Car Wash. The tenant will be building a state-of-the-art express car wash to serve the local community. Adam Y. Scheps said he is very exciting about bringing a Sponge Brother’s to such a great town. The Car Wash will have a starting price of $3 for the basic wash and will offer express exterior wash with free self serve vacuums available. The necessary town committees have already approved the development project.

Carl G. Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); he is a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program. In addition, Carl is an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at New York University. He is also past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.

John H Isaacs is currently Vice Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors and is a member of the Connecticut Association and National Association of Realtors. Isaacs is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
