Carl G. Russell, CCIM, SIOR, Executive Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the leasing of the 26,000 square feet at 400 Frontage Rd., West Haven, CT.

Russell represented the owner, TMC West Haven, L.L.C., The tenant, Integrated Petroleum Equipment Company was represented by Joel Hausman, of Colonial Realty of Fairfield, CT. IPEC will be using the facility to warehouse and distribute construction materials for the petroleum serviced industry.
