Russell represented the Landlord, TMC West Haven, L.L.C., and the tenant, G-III Apparel Group, LTD of New York.  GT-III Apparel Group, Ltd., designs, manufactures, imports and markets an extensive range of leather and non-leather apparel including coats, jackets, pants, women's suits and sportswear. 

They produce and distribute National Football League team logo outerwear, market women's wool outerwear under the Jones New York and JNY Jones New York labels, Sean John men's outer leather outerwear and Timberland leather outerwear lines, Kenneth Cole New York and Kenneth Cole Reaction men's outerwear, Cece Cord handbags and apparel, and World Poker Tour.

Carl G. Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); he is a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program.  In addition, Carl is an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at New York University.  He is also past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
