GJS Brokers Sale of 40 Montowese Ave., North Haven, CT

John Isaacs, Vice President and Carl Russell, Executive Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, are pleased to announce the sale of a residential property on 0.75 acres at 40 Montowese Ave., North Haven, CT.  Isaacs and Russell represented the buyers, Opus Audio Video Control of New Haven, CT.  Robert Dow of Dow Realty represented the seller. 

Opus plans for construction of it's new headquarters which will feature office, storage and showroom space.  Mark Nimrod, of Opus, and his partners are very excited about the new location as it is convenient to both the interstates and the parkway.  Opus specializes in residential electronics that allow the homeowner to control all the audio and video systems of the house within a consolidated user-friendly interface.  A larger and more efficient facility was a requirement to sustain and support the business's continued growth.  The project is in the final stages of permits and approvals and will be a great asset to the Town of North Haven.
