GJS Brokers Three New Leases at 477 Boston Post Rd., Orange, CT

John Isaacs, Vice President and John F. Bergin, Senior Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, are pleased to announce the leasing of 3 spaces at 477 Boston Post Rd., Orange, CT. 

Isaacs and Bergin represent the owner, Calala Properties, of New York.  Calala purchased the building in early 2005 with a short-term leaseback to the prior owner.  The owner of Calala recognized the opportunity to divide the building into 5 space for multiple tenants with 2 of the spaces being retail and 3 being office.

Bergin represented State Farm Insurance of Ballston Spa New York who has already moved into their 2600sf office suite which will used as an adjusters office for the corporation.  Isaacs represented Maxcom who will lease 4100sf of office space with Boston Post Rd visibility for a Real Estate sales office.  Robert Virgulak of DVB in Norwalk represented Snappy Auctions in leasing 2000sf of retail space on the main level.  Snappy Auction provides customers the service of listing and selling their items on Ebay. 

The building’s new façade will be completed by mid spring 2006.  A 2000sf retail space and a 2000sf office space are still available for new tenants
