Russell Brokers Lease of 4,000sf Retail space in Orange, CT

Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the leasing  of 481 Boston Post Rd., Orange, CT.  This 4,000 sq.ft. commercial building was the home of A.T.&T. and Cingular cellular since 2000.  The  Tenant, represented by Russell, is Ideal Tile Co., Inc., importers of ceramic and marble tiles.  Ideal Tile was founded by 3 brothers in 1976, and have grown into the largest importer of tiles to own it's own retail stores. There are over 20 Ideal Tile locations in 10 states and Canada.  Work will begin immediately to remodel the property, and Ideal Tile fully expects to be open for business by the end of the year.
