GJS Brokers Lease of 15,000sf Flex space in Orange, CT 

John Isaacs, Vice President and Carl Russell, Senior Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the leasing of 15,000 square feet at 53 Robinson Blvd., Orange, CT.   

Russell represented the owner, 57 Robinson Blvd LLC.   The space was divided for two tenants.  Isaacs represented McWeeney Marketing Group of Milford, CT and Howard Smagler of O,R&L represented Door Systems, Inc. of Massachusetts.  McWeeney Marketing Group, Inc. will be using the facility for sales and distribution of promotional items.  They had out grown their previous location in Milford and 5100sf at 53 Robinson allows them increased efficiency to meet their growing demand.  Kali Dewey, Vice President of McWeeney Marketing said, “We are very excited about the move to our new facilities. This expansion affords us the opportunity for growth and continued success in meeting the needs of our clients.”  Door Systems, Inc. will be using 10,000 for a regional sales and distribution facility to service Southern Connecticut.
