This 17,560 sq.ft. light industrial building on approximately 2.4 acres of land has been the home of The Wilbert Vault Company since 1962. Both Buyer and Seller were represented by Russell. The Buyer was Prindle Hill Development, LLC, a real estate development company from West Haven, CT. Their plans are to completely renovate the building and develop it as a flex space storage condominium.

Light industrial units of 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet will be available for sale and lease. The Seller was WCW Associates. The sales price was $780,000.
