GEORGE J. SMITH & SON BROKERS LEASE OF 81 MUNSON STREET, MILFORD

This 5,700sf masonry building on 1/2 acre was previously the home of Absolute Tank Removal.  Bergin represented both the owner, William MacFarland of Florida, and the tenant, Seaview Construction Corporation of Bridgeport, CT.  Seaview Construction, general contractors, specialize in concrete foundation work and have signed a long-term lease on the property.
