GJS Broker's Sale of Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop in Branford, Connecticut

John Isaacs, Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the selling of Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop at 978 Main St., Branford, CT. 

Isaacs, marketed and sold the business for B&A Franchises LLC of Wallingford, Connecticut to Fenway Enterprises, LLC of Newington Connecticut.   The shop is now under new management and Fenway Enterprises plans to add more Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops in CT in the future.
