John Isaacs, Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the leasing of office space at 30 Washington Ave., North Haven, CT.  Isaacs represented the tenant, Inet Marketing LLC dba Express Personal Services.   The property owner was represented by H. Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz.  Both agents and their firms are members of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, a co-brokerage network. 

Express Personal Services is a staffing and employment services company and will be using the North Haven facility as an office and recruiting center to service the greater New Haven area.  Lisa Fioretti Stockwell, raised locally, recently return to the area with her husband Kelly Stockwell, saying they are very excited to be opening an Express Personnel Services office in North Haven.
