Gloria’s Retail Shopping Center Adds New Tenant

John F. Bergin, Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial and Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce that after nearly two years of being vacant, a new business will soon fill the location of the former Gloria’s Garden Center in Milford, Connecticut.  Bergin represented both parties in this transaction. 

The new store will occupy over 7,200 sf of space and will be a full-service liquor, wine, and beer retail store.  Among other things the new store boasts having 25 cooler doors filled with ice cold beer, wine, and malt-based beverages, and a fine wine selection.  The selection of the wines will please even the most passionate wine collector and a spirits selection that is second to none.  Wines Unlimited Warehouse also plans on conducting in-store wine tastings throughout the week and semi-annual wine tasting at some of the area’s best restaurants.

Wines Unlimited Warehouse owner, Dean Parrott, has been in the wine and liquor retail business for well over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge with him and his staff in this new business venture.
