GJS Brokers Lease for Rita’s Water Ice at
2 Ocean Ave, West Haven, CT

Isaacs represented the tenant, Rita's Water Ice franchisee, Keven Flegler of New Haven and works with Rita’s on projects in Connecticut.  Rita's Water Ice is a frozen desert retailer with stores throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. (www.ritas.com) Rita’s opened in Connecticut in Southington and Rocky Hill.  This West Haven location will be the third store in the state and the first one on the water.  The site is in a community shopping center and the storefront faces a crosswalk that goes directly to the Beach.  Keven Flegler said they are very excited about bringing a Rita's Water Ice to a location with such a great view, strong demographics and food related co-tenants.
