E. Kozloski has joined George J. Smith as a Commercial Real Estate
Agent. John spent the past two years with Coldwell Banker
Commercial in the Waterbury and Danbury areas focusing in the
industrial and office markets. Prior to that, John enjoyed a
successful corporate career of 31 years as an Engineer with the
E.J.DuPont Company Kendro Laboratory Products, L.P. and the SPX
Corporation.
During his career, John obtained a
solid background in Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing Operations
Management, Facility & Office Space Planning, Project and
Maintenance Management, and developed a strong knowledge of
regulatory compliance in Environmental, Health and Safety.
This broad diversified experience is beneficial in understanding and
supporting customer's needs in critical areas such as facility and
building requirements, space planning, relocation activities,
and project timelines.
John, a long-time Connecticut
resident and a native of Milford, resides in Oxford with his wife
Karen. They have three daughters, a son, and a granddaughter.
John enjoys bike riding, hiking and spending time sailing on Long
Island Sound. |
