Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, is pleased to announce the sale of 732 Washington Ave., West Haven, CT.  This 9,600 sf, light industrial building on approximately .73 acres of land was formerly the home of the Kemper Corporation.  The building will be the new home of Big Picture Studios, LLC of West Haven.  Big Picture Studio began as a billboard painting business, where giant images were carefully painted by hand.  They now produce grand format digital printing.
