Bergin Leases Retail Space in the Oronoque Shopping Plaza, Stratford, CT

John F. Bergin, Senior Vice President of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the signing of a lease in the Oronoque Shopping Plaza located at 7365 Main Street, Stratford.

The new tenant is Lehigh Safety Shoe Company of Ohio.  Lehigh specializes in steel-toe work boots and shoes.  This is their third location in the state of Connecticut.
