along with market research to determine the right pricing for the
property which both makes since in the market place and to the goals
of the owner.
Marketing through our database of buyers and tenants, and several
multiple listing services, shortens the timeline for finding the
highest and best user or buyer for the site. In addition to
networking, publicizing and making it known to the world that your
property is available, George J. Smith agents will actively seek
tenants or buyers based on the most likely type of users; we don’t
just sit back and wait for a customer to call.
Experience in negotiating helps to overcome the objections and bring
the transaction to a closing. George J. Smith agents will treat
customers with respect and act as a liaison during negotiations,
acting as a buffer and always looking after your best interests.
